Alder Sales — September 7 pipeline review

Team,

Compared with August 31, 2026, our selected three-opportunity snapshot has $12,000 of current-quarter open pipeline, down from $40,000. All amounts are USD; this is not the entire business. The quarter here is July 1–September 30.

O-01 Oak ($20,000) moved from an expected September 25 close to October 15, outside the quarter. It is still open, not closed lost. The new date is seller-entered and unconfirmed by the buyer. Jo owns checking timing; the reason for the move and a meeting are not confirmed.

O-02 Reed ($12,000) remains at proposal stage with an expected September 28 close in both snapshots. That CRM expectation is unconfirmed. Sam owns confirming the next step; no meeting or buyer agreement to proceed is confirmed.

O-03 Ash ($8,000) moved from open to closed won in the CRM. No recognized revenue, invoice, collection or accounting assessment is supplied. Reconciliation: $40,000 less $20,000 moved out and $8,000 moved to closed won equals $12,000 still open in-quarter. There are no other amount changes, new opportunities or losses in this set.

No weighted forecast, probability model, forecast recommendation, buyer commitment or new due date is approved. The CRM remains authoritative; this snapshot does not update it or newly assign Jo and Sam. Source URLs and actual customer details are not included.

Make the next one about your work.

  1. Take the task to your agent. We provide a request with the goal, example, and checks. Copy it into the conversation where your context lives.
  2. Supply only what is missing. Use material your agent is authorized to access. Don’t substitute the example’s invented facts for your own.
  3. Review a draft before sharing. Check facts, readability, and sensitive information. Publishing and choosing who can open it are separate, explicit decisions.
Make this with my agent

No publishing connection is needed for an initial local draft. Your agent needs to be able to create an HTML file; preview and connection support vary by client.
