Scheduling calendar ยท bi-weekly update
Calendar launch slips to Oct 13; beta use is behind
General availability moved from Sept 15 because Outlook sync still double-books 3% of appointments. 35% of beta accounts use the calendar weekly, against the 60% we promised.
We need your call on launch scope: Google sync only from Oct 13, or both calendars together, probably in early November.
Both calendar commitments missed: the launch date and beta use
| Commitment | Promised | Now | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| General availability | Sept 15 | Oct 13 at the earliest | Slipped |
| Beta accounts using it weekly | 60% by end of beta | 35% (14 of 40) | Missed |
| Double-bookings from sync | Under 0.5% to launch | Google 0.4%, Outlook 3% | Outlook not met |
Google sync now meets our launch bar; Outlook still double-books 3%
Share of beta appointments double-booked by calendar sync. We won't launch a calendar until it is under 0.5%.
14 of 40 beta accounts use it weekly; 11 others await Outlook
The 11 told customer success they are waiting for the Outlook fix. We don't know why the other 15 aren't using it.
