This is the agent’s deck as it came out: 5 slides, unedited. The company and numbers are fictional; the request was written the way people send them, with the notes pasted in.

turn my memo into a deck for thursday's product review with the VP. the memo is done, i just don't want to retype it all into slides. --- Memo: cut default log retention from 90 to 30 days on the Free and Team plans --- Why now: log storage costs $184k a quarter, up 41% on last year. 78% of the log volume we store is older than 30 days, but only 6% of log queries touch logs older than 30 days, and most of those come from Enterprise accounts. Options: A) Cut retention to 30 days on Free and Team; Enterprise keeps 90 days. Saves about $95k a quarter. B) Keep 90 days everywhere but move logs older than 30 days to cold storage. Engineering estimates it saves about half as much as A and takes 6 weeks to build. C) Do nothing. Against A: 3 Team customers asked about longer retention for compliance last quarter, and support expects complaints. We don't know how many Team accounts query logs older than 30 days; the 6% figure covers all plans. Recommendation: A, plus a paid 90-day retention add-on for Team. We haven't priced the add-on yet. Ask: approve A so we can give customers the 60 days' notice our terms require before the change.
In our blind test, the reviewer would send this deck as it is and flagged nothing. Guide to turning a document into a deck.
