Decision decks that lead with the answer.
The product decision recipe is rebuilt around what the person deciding needs: the recommendation and the ask on the first slide, titles that carry the argument, and a chart wherever the case rests on numbers.
What changed
- Every slide title states a claim, so reading the titles alone tells the whole story.
- The deck compares real options against criteria in a stated order, says plainly what the recommendation costs, and notes whether the decision can be reversed.
- Uncertainty appears in plain words only where it could change the call, instead of a label on every claim. Sources go on the closing slide.
- Slides keep their proportions at any width, and charts are drawn as static SVG.
