The agreement for using share/artifacts.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and access links, and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account and for choosing suitable access settings before sharing an artifact.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, sanitize, modify for safety, display, and deliver that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to publish the content and grant this license.

Do not use the service for unlawful content; sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery; threats or harassment; phishing, credential collection, fraud, or impersonation; malware; copyright or privacy violations; or attempts to bypass platform restrictions, access controls, or rate limits.

Published artifacts are static in the initial service. Scripts, forms, embedded frames, and external API calls are disabled. A page may still load publisher-selected remote HTTPS images or fonts, which can contact those remote hosts.

Public links can be opened by anyone who obtains them. Restricted sharing reduces access but does not make a link a suitable place for secrets. Recipients may still save, screenshot, or redistribute what they can view.

We may unpublish or remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address reported violations, legal requests, security threats, service abuse, or material breaches of these Terms. A release of a platform hold does not automatically republish content.

Use Report content to tell us about a page that may violate these rules or someone's rights.

Paid plans are charged in advance at the monthly or yearly price shown before checkout and renew automatically for the same period until canceled. Stripe processes payments and provides the customer portal used to cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees already charged are not prorated or refunded except where required by law. Taxes may apply. We will disclose price changes before they affect a future renewal.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features can change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. Cancel any paid plan separately through Stripe before its next renewal, and contact us if you want your account deleted. Provisions that naturally continue after termination—including ownership, payment, disclaimers, and liability limits—remain in effect.

Massachusetts law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Claims that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Massachusetts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will receive a new effective date, and continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
