Product updates that don't make things up.
The business review recipe now uses the tested product update method from our open-source deck skill. In a blind test, an AI reviewer would send 23 of 24 updates made with it as they are, against 2 of 24 that Claude and Codex made on their own.
What changed
- Slide 1 says where things stand against the goal and what you need from your reader. If there's nothing to decide, it says so instead of inventing an ask.
- Every result sits against its target and the last period. When a total rises while part of it falls, the same slide says both.
- When your notes don't say why a number moved, the deck says the cause isn't known yet. It adds no owners, deadlines or recommendations you didn't make.
- Misses and surprises get the slides; results on track share one scorecard. Updates from several teams become one story, not a slide per team. Working without an account? The same recipe is free in the create-html-presentation skill in arunai30/super-document-skills on GitHub.
