Roadmap decks your leadership can agree to.

A new recipe for the roadmap review: what gets built, in what order, and what that pushes out. In a blind test, an AI reviewer would send 23 of 24 roadmap decks made with it as they are, against 2 of 24 that Claude and Codex made on their own.

What changed

  • No plans you didn't make: dates, estimates, owners and next steps come only from your notes. On their own, every test deck added some.
  • No recommendation you didn't give. When your leader has to choose, the options are set out alike, and evidence is stated at its real size.
  • Honest timelines in the format your leader wants, quarters or now / next / later, with confidence falling with distance and real commitments marked. What each order delays gets its own slide.
  • Ask for a version sales can show prospects and it leaves out customer names, revenue, estimates and slips, labels quarters, and promises nothing uncertain. Working without an account? The same recipe is free in the create-html-presentation skill in arunai30/super-document-skills on GitHub.
