Give your agent the memo or status doc you already wrote and ask for the deck. In a blind test on two memos, an AI reviewer would send 8 of 8 decks made this way as they are, against 0 of 8 before the change.
What changed
- The deck keeps your conclusion, your order of reasoning, your evidence and your caveats, and keeps the reason in each title.
- It adds nothing your doc doesn't say. Before, decision decks made from a memo added ranked criteria and conditions the memo never stated; now a section your doc doesn't cover is left out, and your agent asks you about it instead.
