Talks and lessons that say only what you gave them.

The general presentation recipe for lessons, talks and keynotes is rebuilt from research on how people learn from slides. In a blind test, an AI reviewer would send 24 of 24 talk and lesson decks made with it as they are, against 6 of 24 that Claude and Codex made on their own.

What changed

  • Every fact, number, example and story comes from your notes. On their own, a science lesson gained eclipse statistics and a "blood moon" the teacher never gave; with the recipe, your agent asks you when the talk needs more.
  • Slides support you instead of holding your script: about 30 words a slide, speaker notes in your agent's reply, and no timers, "click to reveal" or placeholders left on a slide.
  • Each title is a full sentence, so the titles alone tell the talk; under it sits a labelled diagram, a worked example or one number. A lesson keeps every step, shows the common mistake as a mistake and puts the answer after the question.
  • Ask for a version of an existing deck for another audience, such as engineering or sales, and it keeps the facts, changes the emphasis and the ask, and adds no plans of its own. Working without an account? The same recipe is free in the create-html-presentation skill in arunai30/super-document-skills on GitHub.
